In the Spanish Southeast is the "Huerto de Maravillas", an old family estate that had terraces and an orchard irrigated by the ditch that surrounded it; Olive trees, poultry and a wide view over the neighboring town of Cehegín, distinguished the property.
Currently the farm has changed its activity, becoming an ideal resting place for those travelers who want to know this beautiful town of Murcia, its surroundings, pilgrimage to Caravaca to win the Jubilee, enter the unknown northwest of the Region or visit the nearby mountains from Andalusia or Castilla-La Mancha.
In winter, the cozy lounge with a fireplace, after a comforting dinner, can end a pleasant day of visits and excursions. In summer, the viewpoint from which the nearby profile of Cehegín is observed, is the time in which most enjoyment seeks both at sunset and during the nights. When the heat arrives, the pool is reopened and its terrace becomes a peaceful place where you can read lying under the shade of the trees and forget the heat.

The house has two floors, seven double bedrooms and four full bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, several terraces, swimming pool and outdoor parking inside the farm. The house located on a hill and with a large plot of more than 4,000m² offers a splendid view over the old town of Cehegín that emerges from the Argos river and culminates in the Magdalena Church. From different locations of the farm you can see the profiles of the city of Caravaca de la Cruz, the Sierra de Moratalla and the Sierra de Burete.
Cehegín, pleasantly visited city at any time of the year, can be an ideal destination for weekends or long seasons, its enclave allows you to enjoy and discover the culture, history, cuisine and nature of a beautiful region, as well as the most traditional products and Artisanal products that are sold once a month at the El Mesoncico market.
Palaces, churches, narrow streets, steep slopes, arcades, enigmatic passages, wall canvases and ancient gates of the medieval enclosure, show the traveler the Old Town of Cehegín (declared historical-artistic complex in 1982) and that can be visited from the estate taking the descent down the Cuesta del Olivar and crossing the Argos river.

The greenway, which links Mula-Bullas-Cehegin-Caravaca, also has easy and quick access from the farm, a route that can be done either by walking or by bicycle.
From the farm there is a quick access (10-15 min) by highway to the towns of Northwest Bullas, Caravaca de la Cruz (Ciudad Jubilar) and Moratalla.
