Our house is located in the heart of the Rhön. UNESCO designated the Rhön a “biosphere reserve” because it is one of the world’s most pristine cultural landscapes. There are only 300 biosphere reserves in the entire world. So you’ll be vacationing in nature and in harmony with it. Our vacation home is situated on the edge of the forest in the center of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, about a 15-minute walk from the health resort of Hilders.

Vacation Home:
The vacation home (70 square meters) is spacious enough for 4 people, featuring a bedroom and a loft with a double bed. It includes two bathrooms with showers as well as a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave. Dishes are provided. The cozy living room with a fireplace features a satellite TV and a CD player with radio. An additional children’s bed can be set up in the playroom. The basement rooms include a ping-pong table, a washing machine, a dryer, and a freezer. In front of the house is an approximately 1,000 m² flower meadow and terrace with patio furniture and a playhouse.
On-site costs: A 50% deposit is charged after booking; the remaining balance is payable in cash on site or in advance via bank transfer.Check-in: 14:00-18:00 Check-out: 8:00-10:00 Keys are handed over by the property owner. Please inform the host of your approximate arrival time in advance by phone. Pets are not allowed. 1 baby crib and 1 rollaway bed are available free of charge upon request.Heating is billed based on usage. A bed tax of €1.00 per adult per night will be charged separately on-site. You may bring your own bed linens; otherwise, a fee of €10 per person per stay will be charged. One parking space is available free of charge. Final cleaning is included in the price, as are hand towels and dish towels. Firewood is provided based on usage.
